My name is Rishon Seegopaul. By profession, I am a Health Coach and Wellness Therapist, born in Guyana, but with roots in Malaysia. I am hopelessly addicted to tattoos and body modification. I love the sound of hard rain on a zinc roof, a properly made cup of chai, the smell of wet dogs and puppy breath and I can be lost in a good book.

When I am not saving the world, one massage at a time, you can find me exploring, one country at a time. I am an introvert and I always prefer to be the one listening, rather than talking. Some days the voices in my head get really loud. Writing helps to shut them up.
